Although the work is generally related as it relates to US and International based Registered Agent Services, there are some differences between the two.

ie.: One primary difference is who can act as the Registered Agent for a company. For example, an individual can do so in the United States, as opposed to overseas jurisdictions; they generally require a Professional Firm to handle such matters.
